You are a short 200 ft walk from beach access tucked away from crowds, and a short drive to Surf City for shopping, dining, and nightlife.
Sandwiched between the waterway and the ocean, you can feel the fresh salt air of the ocean breeze as you step onto the spacious deck. Minutes from the beach, tucked away, you are truly in a private oasis.
The entire upstairs Unit A and deck space are yours to access. You will also have access to use the outdoor shower located down stairs. Parking is on the left side of the driveway, with additional street parking available.
