Sandwiched between the waterway and the ocean, you can feel the fresh salt air of the ocean breeze as you step onto the spacious patio. Steps from the beach, tucked away, you are truly in a private oasis.
The entire downstairs Unit B, patio, and yard space are yours to access. You will also have access to use the outdoor shower located down stairs. Parking is on the right side of the driveway, with additional street parking available.
